I'm not going to say I'm doing this the healthy way, or the not so healthy way because it'll probably be a bit of both. Restriction, healthy eating, and working out are my plan of action.

The whole “drink two glasses of water before a meal,” thing…
works.
I drank an entire bottle of water before I had some tuna, and I’m still full. I’m usually hungry an hour later but it’s been a solid three hours and I’m not the slightest bit hungry. I think I’ll start doing this before everything I eat.
