Daily Eats- This one is more for myself, just logs of my daily intake. 

Tips- Pretty self explanatory. 

As of now, there’s not too much on each but as time goes on I’ll build upon them and add more stuff to each category.

Breakfast: 

Special K Fruit and Yogurt- 120 cals

2% Milk- 60 cals

Lunch: 

Skipped- 0 cals

Dinner: 

Tuna, in water, drained- 100 cals

2 slices, wheat- 120 cals

Miracle Whip- 20 cals

Snack: 

Special K Fruit and Yogurt- 150 cals

Total: 570 Cals

Exercise: -200 cals

TOTAL INTAKE: 370 cals

The whole “drink two glasses of water before a meal,” thing…

works. 

I drank an entire bottle of water before I had some tuna, and I’m still full. I’m usually hungry an hour later but it’s been a solid three hours and I’m not the slightest bit hungry. I think I’ll start doing this before everything I eat. 

Website that predicts your weight loss.

You just enter age, height, weight, activity level, etc. and it’ll give you a timeline for what you’ll weigh based on the information you put in.
