As of now, there’s not too much on each but as time goes on I’ll build upon them and add more stuff to each category.

I drank an entire bottle of water before I had some tuna, and I’m still full. I’m usually hungry an hour later but it’s been a solid three hours and I’m not the slightest bit hungry. I think I’ll start doing this before everything I eat.
You just enter age, height, weight, activity level, etc. and it’ll give you a timeline for what you’ll weigh based on the information you put in.
