Alcohol is a really big factor in weight loss. cutting it out completely will make a difference.

I've basically been eating nothing.
In the last two days I’ve had a can of pineapple and a cup of vegetable lentil soup.
But,
I’ve also had two four lokos and coconut rum. :/
