ellisa replied to your post: I’ve basically been eating nothing. Alcohol is a really big factor in weight loss. cutting it out completely will make a difference. I know, this weekend was my last weekend of drinking. So from here on out, it’s none for me.

I've basically been eating nothing.
In the last two days I’ve had a can of pineapple and a cup of vegetable lentil soup.  But,  I’ve also had two four lokos and coconut rum. :/
